Root celery soup in a multicooker BORK U700

Ingredients

Large celery root 0.5pcs
Big potato 1 PC
Bulb 1 PC
A clove of garlic 2 pcs
Bouillon 1L
Cream 100 ml
Salt taste
Pepper taste

Cooking method

  • First, we make broth. Pour a liter of water into the multicooker. We put 1-2 legs (the more, the more rich, of course). Close the lid and turn on the Broth program. In about an hour you will have a liter of wonderful broth and a lot of delicious chicken meat. Now closer to the soup.
  • Peel and dice the celery and potatoes.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  • Lightly fry the onions and garlic in vegetable oil.
  • Add potatoes and celery to the pan, fry for 5 minutes.
  • Put all our vegetables in the resulting broth, close the lid, set the Multi-cook program for 15 minutes, 110 degrees. Now we pour the resulting workpiece into a bowl, in which it will be convenient to grind everything with a blender (I have a submersible). Add cream, salt, pepper and grind everything to a delicate puree.
  • In these proportions, the soup turns out to be relatively liquid, but in this case it is very much on topic. These are two servings, some soup left)

Note

Healthy food should be tasty!)))

: hi: Zhenya, the soup is healthy, but not everyone is used to the taste of root celery. You can also start the chicken in the soup, beat it along with all the ingredients. It will be thicker and more satisfying (who needs it). Our family is very fond of cream soups, but so quickly. Zhenya, but as a multicooker Bork works on the Fry mode. Or was it Roasting? How active is this mode?

but I disagree. This stalked celery has a vigorous taste and smell, and the root is very delicate. If I have it at home, I shove it into any soup like a carrot.

Galina, I love celery in any form, but I know people who don't eat celery at all. : girl_curtsey: For celery lovers, this soup is a song.

I agree, there are different people. There are even fashionable tendencies towards healthy food lately, so this soup will come in handy for "fashionistas"

So you need to fry in a frying pan, and then mix everything, load it into the pressure cooker and use the "multi-cook" and "broth" programs to finish cooking.
