Vegetable cream soup with beans in the Endever SkyLine BS-90 soup blender

Ingredients

Bulb onions 1 PC. average
Carrot 1 PC. average
Beijing 2 sheets are not small
Boiled beans 1 tbsp.
Powdered milk 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Piri piri oil 1 tsp
Curry 0.5 tsp
Turmeric 0.3 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Water 650 ml.
Greens when serving

Cooking method

  • Dice the onion, grate the carrots into a coarse grater, cut the Peking into strips. Load all ingredients except beans and salt. Cook on program P1. When finished, add the beans and start program P4. Bring to taste with salt (for me it is Abadzekh). Pour into small plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
