Ingredients

Plum 500 g
brown sugar 120 g
milk 200 g
eggs 3 pcs
flour 25 g
butter 10 g

Cooking method

  • Remove seeds from plums. Place plums, flour, eggs, milk, sugar in a blender. Beat until smooth. I did not get a completely homogeneous mass because of the rather tough peel of the plums and because of it the flan color turned out to be mottled. Grease the molds with butter, sprinkle with sugar, fill with plum paste, cover with foil and steam for 30 minutes. Remove foil, cool. Can be served with caramel sauce. But for us it was sweet even without the sauce.
