Pork tenderloin with prunes in Oursson pressure cooker

Ingredients

Pork tenderloin 500 grams
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Dried prunes 10 pieces.
White port wine "Surozh" 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
MARINADE
White port wine "Surozh" 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil (olive) 2 tbsp. l.
Liquid honey 1 tbsp. l. (replaced with molasses)
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • For the marinade, combine and stir all the ingredients until smooth, taste.

  • Put the pork tenderloin in the marinade and leave on the table for several hours, turn the meat several times, for better penetration of the marinade.

  • Remove the meat from the marinade and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess liquid.
  • Turn the pressure cooker on Baking mode (do not close the lid!) pour in vegetable oil and fry the tenderloin on both sides. Place the meat on a plate.

  • In the remaining oil, sauté the onion until golden brown.
  • Disable Baking mode.
  • Put the fried tenderloin on the sautéed onion, put the prunes on the sides, pour in the port, add the remaining marinade from the bowl, cover the pan with a lid. Exhibit FRY mode, pressure 1, time 1 hour and bring the meat to readiness.
  • Cut the finished meat into portions, garnish with stewed prunes, vegetables, fresh salad and serve. Top the meat can be poured with a little sauce obtained from frying the meat.

Note

The meat turned out to be very soft, slightly sweetish in taste from port.

Tatiana, as always, elegant and beautiful. Our family is very fond of pork tenderloin with prunes. I have a slightly different option, it may come in handy. In CF, it can definitely be done. I pre-pickle the prunes. Marinade can be anything you like, but with wine. I cut the cut lengthwise and to the sides and open it like a book (if the size fits) or in one cut. I beat off, pepper and salt. Then I put the prunes on the tenderloin and carefully wrap it in a roll, tie it with thread. And then, almost like you, I fry and carcass in the remnants of the marinade. Maybe I'm opening America too, but this option should work in our pressure cooker too.
