Portion biscuits in oursson 5005 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Butter 75 gram
White sugar 90 grams
Wheat flour 80 gram
The egg is fresh 1 PC.
Vanilla (vanillin) taste
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Cherry frozen 15 pcs.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l. for deboning cherries
Butter for coating molds
Bakeware 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Roll the cherries in flour, leave aside.
  • Grease the molds with butter.
  • Turn the pressure cooker on BAKING mode, set time 1.10 minutes... Preheat a pressure cooker with the lid open for 10 minutes.
  • While the pan is warming up, make a biscuit dough.
  • Grind butter at room temperature with sugar. Add egg and vanillin, whisk again.
  • Mix flour with baking powder. Gradually, add the flour to the butter mass in a tablespoon and beat until the dough is smooth.
  • Divide the dough into molds on ½ of the height, put 5 pieces each. cherries in each mold on the dough, cover on top with the remaining dough. Fill the molds no more than 2/3 of the height.
  • Put the molds in a hot pot, close the lid, pressure 0, remaining baking time 1 hour.
  • After the end of baking, remove the molds from the pan and leave to cool.

I think that you can cook in molds, I cook in both ceramic and silicone, well, this is my personal opinion.

This method of cooking in a pressure cooker pan, without any rags or coasters, is described in the Oursson pressure cooker recipe book, and the recipe is taken from this recipe book. She did not lay out the dough in the tins, but laid it out in one pancake on the bottom of a heated saucepan, threw frozen currants on top and off you go!
It turned out very wow. Of course, the dough was not enough, and the time for 1 hour for baking was too much - the bottom crust turned out to be thick.But the taste pleased me.
