  • 5) Seasonings (who likes what) I have a seasoning for barbecue
  • 6) Beer dark about 2 liters
  • Process:
  • We wash and clean the shank and ears well, if necessary, "lure". We put it in a saucepan and cook until half done.
  • I put my "legs and fish soup" in a multicooker-pressure cooker and poured water. I threw a bay leaf and a mixture of peppers, salt and turned on "high pressure" for 25 minutes, when the cartoon turned off, I took out everything (the broth will go to the hodgepodge) and allowed it to cool a little.
  • Chopped with garlic and "rolled" in your favorite spices.
  • I put the shank in the (old Soviet) gosyatnitsa and filled it up to HALF with DARK beer.
  • She put her ears in a cast-iron pan and poured 1 + 1/2 a glass of beer.
  • We put all this beauty in a preheated oven. And we follow VERY closely. because when boiled, the beer turns into a kind of caramel and then it is very difficult to wash it off.
  • When the knuckle and ears are in the oven, they must be turned over 2-3 times.
