I think flour is bad, because bread is the same story. Everything seems to be the same as always: the yeast is the same, but the bread is baked low. I promise to try it with a different flour! I always make pies of this shape, spicy, small, because I think that the smaller the product, the higher the aerobatics.

I made half of the norm in the first post, it turned out 20 rather big pies.

When kneading in a bread maker, before setting the butter, it was kneaded with great difficulty, then the butter intervened - everything is ok
I replaced butter and vegetable oil with margarine for baking.

I thank the author, now I will always use this recipe, the pies turned out to be very tasty. Now I plan to bake cheesecakes from it.
