Thanks to the author, to all bakers for the advice, I made the dough almost according to the recipe, only I replaced the water with pickled cucumber pickle brine (don't pour it out), added 1 tsp. mustard, divided into 4 thin sausages (they then rose), in cuts - mixed grated salted cheese, fried onions, ground pumpkin and sunflower seeds, chopped dill, dry garlic and mayonnaise, and grated simple cheese on top. Delicious! Only the dose is too small, I will increase it, these 4 pieces barely fit onto 1 baking sheet (I have a mini oven), while I was writing, I have already eaten one, I will make it for 2 baking sheets.
