Almond shavings 0.5 cups (250 ml)
Raisins 1 cup (250 ml)
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt pinch
Baking powder 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter until white, add granulated sugar and continue to beat.
  • Add eggs one at a time.

  • Add a pinch of salt and baking powder. This time I did not have a baking powder and I replaced it with a mixture of 1 hour. l. (without a slide) baking soda + almost 1 hour. l. (no slide) citric acid.
  • Add oatmeal, nuts and raisins and stir.

  • We cover two baking sheets with baking paper. We form balls from the dough, measuring the amount with a dessert spoon. Lay out on baking sheets at a distance from each other (cookies "grow" to the sides) and flatten a little.

  • We bake in a preheated oven over low heat (190 g) until golden brown. Approximately 20-25 minutes.

Note

If you want your biscuits to be crumbly, never substitute margarine for butter!

* As for fillers, do not worry if there are no almonds or raisins in the house. I baked many times, without her, then I just took not 1/2 cup of walnuts, but a whole glass.
You can take chopped roasted hazelnuts, it turns out sooo delicious!
Raisins can be partially or completely replaced with dried cherries or cranberries! The main thing is not to forget that there should be a glass of nuts and raisins or their substitutes.
