Ingredients

eggplant 4 large

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants lengthwise, 1 cm thick. Salt, leave for 15 minutes. Then rinse and dry. You can fry them in a pan, and I baked them in the oven, under the grill, after having greased them on top with vegetable oil.

I haven't seen any comments on this cake for three days. And this means only one thing: somehow he passed the attention. And in vain !!! I baked today, I will report: deliciously incredible !! After adding the eggplants, I did not wash or dry them, I immediately put them in the oven. I had three varieties of cheese plus 50g of homemade cottage cheese. Kinza didn't add - I don't like it. Besides, I decided that eggplant and cheese smelled good on their own. When I was building the cake, the thought flashed that everything was somehow dry, but I resisted, did not wet it with anything. The top cheese was poured when the foil was removed and the cake went to brown. It turned out: soft, fragrant, plastic, not at all dry, a little crispy on top, toffee cheese, fragrant, beautiful.
