Eggs 3
Medium onion 1
Parsley bunch (I didn't) 1
Mayonnaise 2-3 spoons

  • In the vastness of the Internet, I came across a very simple and easy-to-judge eggplant salad, which is prepared in 20 minutes. Although the recipe suggests keeping it in the refrigerator for about an hour after cooking. I didn’t do it, it was delicious and right away. I do not know if it is possible to spread the recipe in this case, if you cannot ask to delete it. I liked the salad, looked like we don't have such a salad, I ventured to post it here.
  • Preparation:
  • Cut off the skin of the eggplant and cut into cubes. Add eggs and spices. Stir. Place in a hot skillet. Fry until golden brown. Chop the onion, fry separately until golden brown. Connect all products. Add herbs. (I didn't add) Season with mayonnaise. The recipe recommends putting it in the refrigerator and keeping it for about an hour, then serving it. I didn't. Add chopped garlic and pine nuts if desired.

Thanks for the recipe! Did a double portion. She dressed one with mayonnaise, the other with sour cream. Both options are good. Men, of course, liked it better with mayonnaise. World zakuson: cooking is simple, but the result is satisfying and tasty. I will cook the dish often.

Irishk @, I often used just such a recipe before, pouring eggs with eggs overnight. It would seem a slight difference, frying immediately without soaking the bakly in an egg, but the taste is completely different. I like the taste of this salad more. Try it yourself.
