Yesterday I baked bread according to your recipe !!!! I absolutely love it !!!! My family said that the bread is delicious !!!! I put the dough in HB and began to observe the dough, as it seemed to me that there was a lot of liquid, I even poured the 1st tbsp. l. flour, I was afraid that the bun was thin (well, it seemed to me). She went to bed, and at 01.44 HB informed about the finished bread !!!! And what was the flavor !!!!! And when I opened the lid and saw this handsome man !!!! I thought that I could not resist and immediately cut off a piece, but I overcame all my desires! But in the morning, the first thing I did was cut off the crust and ....... delicious !!!!! Take on arms !!!!! You will not regret!!!!! Thank you for this recipe bookmarked, I know that this bread will be a frequent guest on my table !!!!

I am reporting: Belarusian bread This is already attempt number two. The first time it stopped, the roof collapsed and tasted sour. I followed the links (thanks to Admin !!!) I took 280 ml of water, watched the kolobok, added 1 more tbsp. a spoonful of wheat flour. Delicious bread turned out! The roof is certainly not ideal either, but we will work!

I did it three times already, I added somewhere 3 tablespoons of flour and everything is fine))) The taste is just nyamka, one of my favorites.

My roof also fell when I did it from 2 tsp. yeast. That's a lot for this amount of flour! From 1 tsp. and the roof is all right. And the bread is really delicious. Such a strange set of ingredients ... It's amazing ... When I looked through the recipes, thinking what to bake, this one caught my eye. It's kind of strange that all the ingredients were in stock. I think let me try.And I didn’t regret it! Cool bread! Not very suitable for cheese (because of caraway seeds), but for bacon or meat smoked meats, it's straight NYM! Respect and respect to the author :-))) The bread is soft, easy to cut, almost does not crumble, and most importantly - on the second and third day it does not get stale! I will definitely take a picture of the next bun and post a photo. It's a shame that this bread has few fans. Quite a decent bread :-)

From changes - yeast took 1 tsp. (saf - moment). And poured a little flour - 1.5 tbsp. l. somewhere. There was a little gruel under the bun, but not liquid. For Redmond 1910, this is not critical! Everything was baked perfectly. I am more than happy with the result. Only next time I will cut the caraway by half, it’s too fragrant for me, I ground it myself from whole seeds.
