For a round muffin, about 350-400g of dough is needed, maybe even a little less. Rice is only ready. Each filling ingredient for a cupcake maker needs no more than 3 ordinary tbsp. l. - this is maximum. And even 1.5-2st. l.
Just salted fish in the filling can give not very (not at all) interesting tastes when cooking. Here, as for me, either smoked or cooked is already needed. As an option - fresh, but I have not yet tried to cook with raw in a cupcake. Feels like, I remember that for a cupcake with two cells, about the same amount of dough is needed. A little more filling.

And I was convinced that it is the cupcakes that bake better in the 8-carob cupcake maker, here a small volume is baked quickly and the cupcakes remain sunny, and while a large volume of the cupcake is baked in the 4-carob cupcake maker, the cupcakes will have time to "tan".
