Pickled mushrooms

Ingredients

water 800 gr.
vinegar 100-150 gr.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt 4 hours
spice taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the mushrooms in water for 30-040 minutes, drain the water. Bring the marinade to a boil (I put the spices with cloves, bay leaves and peppercorns), put the mushrooms in it (I put about 2 kg of boiled ones) and boil for 15-20 minutes. Arrange in jars and roll up. Store in a room in a dark closet :)
