Ingredients

Beans 400 gr.
Pork fatty without bone 600 gr.
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs
Tomatoes 6 pcs

Garlic 3 cloves

Cooking method

  • Fry the onion in half rings, fry the carrots in strips in vegetable oil in the Fry-Vegetables mode, then add the tomatoes and bell peppers, cut into cubes and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring. We cut the meat like beef stroganoffs, fry with vegetables on the Fry-Meat mode for 10 minutes. After we level the product, fill in the beans, we also level it. Salt to taste, add ground coriander seeds (coriander) 1 tbsp. spoon, 2 bay leaves, a mixture of 7 peppers - 1/2 tsp, garlic through a garlic press. My beans are fresh, and those of whom are dry - must first be soaked overnight (12 hours). Fill with water so that the beans are barely hidden. Cooking under pressure on Legumes mode for 30 minutes.
