Ingredients

kefir 150 ml
honey 1 tbsp. l.
butter 20 g
salt 0.5 tsp
wheat flour 250 g
dry yeast (saf) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • I have homemade kefir (non-acidic). I often use liquid homemade curd instead of kefir. You can also use homemade yogurt. And as for the purchased ones ... well, of course - it's better homemade, but without fish and ...
  • I bake this bread in a small oven. Loaf of 500 gr.
  • We put all the ingredients in sequence according to the bread machine model (I put liquid first, and then dry).
  • I bake this bread on the French program.

I have a snack here I have homemade sour milk only in the country, and in the country I can only bake in a bread maker, but I want to bake this bread in an airfryer

manna, thank you very much for the recipe. In the morning I read the recipe and could not resist, baked it. I used old yogurt and milk, pressed yeast. The number of ingredients increased by 1.5 times. Program "French Bread" (used for the first time in 4 years of baking!). The bread has grown huge !!! : o I barely jumped out of the bucket !!! The crumb is very tasty. THANK YOU!

Sanechka, if your oven is designed for bread no more than 1 kg, do not risk it - do not double the recipe !!! The 1.5 norm is quite enough.

I have done it twice already, I take buckwheat honey, for the first time I added another 50 grams. whole grain flour and put olives, but apparently they gave more liquid to the existing one and the roof came out slightly bumpy, but the taste was very similar to the Ciabatta with olives sold in the Silpo supermarket
