  • Pikuli with shallots and rocamboll garlic
  • We put the prepared vegetables in sterilized jars, pour boiling water twice for 15 minutes for 1 liter jar, prepare the marinade for the third time, fill in and roll the jars.
  • Marinade - whatever you like.
  • I made for a liter jar - granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. l .; sea ​​salt - 1.5 tbsp. l .; citric acid - a teaspoon with a slight slide.
