Ingredients

Broiler chicken 1.5KG
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Adjika Caucasian 1/3 tsp
Salt, spices taste
Filling:
Rice 1/2 multi-glass
Champignon 5-6 pcs.

Green onions, dill and parsley

Cooking method

  • 2. Prepare the filling.
  • Boil the rice (not in the mullet) in a 1: 1.5 ratio with a little salt.
  • Wash and cut the champignons.
  • Cut the onion into half rings.
  • Fry mushrooms and onions in a pan until the onions are soft. (The liquid from the mushrooms may not evaporate completely).
  • Combine rice and mushrooms with onions, add chopped herbs and green onions. Put a piece of butter in the filling and stir.
  • 3. Stuff the chicken. Sew up the hole with threads or stab it with toothpicks.
  • 4. Place a baking sheet on the bottom of the flask (or cover the flask with foil), place the bottom rack and steam plate on top. Lay down the chicken. Cook at 200 aboutC, speed 3 (High), time 1 hour 15 minutes.
  • 5. While the chicken was blushing, I thoroughly washed 10 young potatoes with a brush. Dried it. I put it in a bowl. Salted with sea salt. Added a slice of butter and minced garlic. Stirred. I left the potatoes to infuse and soak in the aroma of garlic.
  • 6. 40 minutes after the start of cooking, put the potatoes with the chicken.

Note

Cooking a whole chicken in the oven for the same 200aboutS, in the middle of the time, I usually cover with foil so that the wings and legs do not burn. Here, I just immediately "put on the boots" on my feet, then left it that way (the children ate while holding onto them).
