Cupcake Marble

Ingredients

Flour 200gr
Butter 200 g
Sugar 180gr
Egg 4 things
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Baking powder 5gr
Cocoa 10gr
Tomato paste 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter and sugar with a mixer, add eggs one at a time, beating well each time.
  • Add flour, baking powder and stir, but do not whisk!
  • Divide the dough into 3 pieces. In one add cocoa with cinnamon and mix, in the other 0.5 tsp. tomato paste and stir.
  • Grease a baking dish, lay the dough in layers and stir the dough 2-3 times, from top to bottom and from left to right.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Note

Now some comments. I laid out the recipe as in the book. But you can even make the cake two-colored by adding only cocoa, and I generally added the remaining food coloring, just the day before my nephew made a cake for his birthday. I do not add cinnamon, because mine do not like it.
Delicious cake without much hassle. Very helpful. My husband and I are alone now, and in the morning he has a good piece of cake with cappuccino, and there is no need to bother about breakfast and the dose of sweetness necessary for my sweet tooth has been received.

And this is without the third color, just with cocoa.
