Banana-nut manna with lemon jam

Ingredients

bananas (very ripe, mash with a fork) 2 pieces
vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
walnuts (chop, roast in a pan) handful
semolina 1 glass
flour 1 glass
sugar 1 glass
eggs 3 pieces
kefir (any sour milk) 2 glasses
salt 0.5 tsp
baking powder 2 tsp
for jam
lemon (large) 1 piece
sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Baking in MV 65 minutes.
  • For jam: chopped a large lemon whole in a blender, added sugar to taste and boiled until transparent.
  • Mix semolina with kefir and leave for at least 2 hours (the longer, the more fluffy and crumbly the manna is, I often leave it overnight and bake a pie in the morning). Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam, add butter, mix, add prepared semolina, mix again. Add flour sifted with baking powder, bananas, nuts, mix gently. (If there is no CF, bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180g). Soak hot manna with lemon jam.

Houses are unexpectedly imbued with love for manniks, I bake them constantly, if I bake in the morning, then by the evening there is no cake anymore)))) but the oven is the same bothers, every time I change the recipe a little, but the taste is completely new, so everyone is happy)) )).
