Cooking method

  • Bake a biscuit... Beat the egg white and yolk separately with sugar. Gently mix the yolk with a spatula into the protein and add the sifted flour with starch. Grease the form with butter, put the dough and place in the oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes. Then remove the biscuit and allow to cool. Cut into three pieces.
  • Cream: Beat the curd-cream cheese with sugar and cream. Soak the cakes with syrup.
  • Assembly... Put in the first cake. Smear with cream. I took a double portion of the ingredients per cream for more filling. It turns out that the first cake contains exactly half the mass. Add finely chopped strawberries to the second half. And put 2 \ 3 on the second cake. Cover with the third cake layer and add the rest of the cream. Whip the vegetable cream and garnish as you wish.
