Flour 150 g
Sugar 150 g
Eggs 4 things.
Butter 150 g
Baking powder dr. Oetker 3 tsp
Filling:
Sheet gelatin dr. Oetker 1 pack (10g)
Water about 400 ml
Canned Peaches 1 can (480g net weight peaches)
Cream 400 g
Sugar 180 g
Yogurt 150 g
Lemon juice 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Add sugar, yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, dissolved gelatin and cream.
  • Assembly:
  • Cut the baked crust into 2 equal parts. Put one part of the crust in a circle or a split form, put the halves of the peaches on the crust, pour the creamy yogurt mass, put the second crust on top. Refrigerate cake for at least 4 hours. Garnish with powdered sugar and cream before serving.
