My cartoon is small - one round eggplant and one pepper just went into the saucepan.
My beloved and I ate at lunch and smacked our lips - it turned out so delicious. And the minced meat in the peppers was juicier. In the next. once I will mix the pulp without fear with the meat.

And that's how I dispose of the remnants of the eggplant core - I fry it with an onion, maybe even with a tomato, rub the cheese on a coarse grater and make zrazy with eggplant from minced meat. There is no time to display the recipe yet. I didn't take the photos - all the Colorado beetles ate.
