Vegetable pate in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH10

Ingredients

Big carrot 1 PC.
Zucchini medium 1 PC.
Sweet pepper 3 pcs.
Fill:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Cream 20% 300 g
Corn flour 2 tbsp. l.
Parmesan cheese 150 g
Green onions 5 pieces.
Salt, ground pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare the filling: beat the eggs, add the cream, corn flour, finely grated cheese, chopped onion, mix. Salt and pepper.
  • Wash, peel, chop vegetables separately. I rubbed 3.5mm on the Berner.
  • Grease the multicooker pan (I have a small one) with vegetable oil. Put the carrots on the bottom.
  • Pour 1/3 fill.
  • Next, lay out the zucchini, add salt, pour another 1/3 of the filling.
  • Next is the pepper and the remaining filling.
  • Baking mode 60 + 30 minutes.
  • Turn the finished pate on the steam basket, place a plate under it to drain excess liquid and cool.

Omela , I made it. It turned out not as tall as yours (I had only 2 small squash). And I forgot to put in the flour. While the aroma was being prepared, it turned out delicious, juicy, did not fall apart. Mom and I really liked it. Next time I'll make it with zucchini and flour. Omelochka, thanks for the recipe.
