Vegetable kugel with potatoes

Ingredients

potatoes 3 pcs.
zucchini (small) 2 pcs.
carrot 2 pcs.
bulb 1 PC.
garlic 4 cloves
eggs 3 pcs.
ground crackers 3 tbsp. l.
olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
dry basil 1/4 tsp
parsley (finely chopped) 1 tbsp. l.
salt, black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Peel potatoes, onions, carrots and garlic. Wash the zucchini. Finely chop the garlic, grate the rest of the vegetables on a coarse grater. Mix vegetables with breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley (I also added green onions), basil, salt and pepper until a thick dough. transfer the vegetable mass to a greased form, smooth the surface, pour over the remaining oil and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 g., until crisp. Serve hot.
  • If you have a large family, feel free to double the norm of food, the kugel is very tasty, it disappeared from the table instantly.

Thanks for such a casserole! It turned out to be a very light and aromatic dish. The only thing I took of garlic was 1 clove - the kids ate it, didn't add any more. And greased the top with fat homemade cream. And here is the result.
