Ingredients

Wheat flour 500 g
Sugar 85 g
Butter 120 g
Egg 3 pcs
Salt 0.5 tsp

Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

You know, I can't say for sure. Everyone has different tastes. This is, of course, baking, at the expense of cake ... - no, although there are so many recipes now! Perhaps there is cake and stacked taste. My youngest son wraps it up with honey and sausage ... But you can't match him - he absorbs everything that is even a little bit sweet !!! And the bread is sweet to taste, because there is 85 gr. Sahara!!! My wife and I eat it like that with compote ... in this heat we don't want more. It's more like a sweet roll, but not sugary sweet !!!

baked, just counted it to 340 g, and kneaded the dough for dir (2.20h) then rolled a pigtail-spreading and in the oven ... this is not bread, closer to baking, the dough I liked did not stick to my hands, soft, very tender and airy , from here I got a jamb at the end of baking, I myself already understood, I need to put a pigtail in what shape, since due to the fact that the dough is tender, mine blurred a little. The crust of the pastry is tender, but I don't have enough sugar. although the samples were with butter + honey, just right, meat .. also possible. There is clearly no sweetness, it is still moderately sweet.
Maybe I didn't have the right pigtail, but it was quick and tasty. Thank you
