Mustard tortilla with garlic

Ingredients

Wheat flour 100-120 * g.
Water 100g.
Garlic 1 tooth
Granular mustard 2h l.
Vegetable oil 1 st. l.
Sugar 2 pinches
Salt 2 pinches

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with salt, sugar, garlic squeezed through a press.
  • Add oil, mustard to the water, stir and bring to a boil.
  • Pour boiling water into flour. Mix the dough quickly and thoroughly with a fork, wait 10 minutes for the dough to cool, and knead with your hands.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out the cakes (d20cm). It is better to keep the dough under a film so that it does not wind up. And roll out one cake at a time.
  • Fry the cakes in a dry hot, preferably cast iron, frying pan on both sides.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Mustard cake with garlic
  • Fast (20 minutes) bread for lunch and more. I'm with tea and jam !! Very tasty and aromatic !!! I did 3 servings. I recommend keeping in mind the "fire" case.
  • * kneaded for both 100g and 120g. The difference in the consistency of the final product. The more flour, the drier the cake.
