Cooking method

  • We do not cut meat and tomatoes finely (if you use them for sauce, that is, beat with a blender, then it is better to remove the skin)
  • We coat the meat with adjika, mustard, salt, pepper, I also use lemon pepper. We put everything in a bowl, mix it, make it so that there is a pillow of tomatoes and onions under the meat and lay on the meat as well.
  • Let it stand for 40-60 minutes. We select the Meat mode, time is 20 minutes. The meat was cooked for about 30 minutes, then it stood on the heating for about 20 minutes. I really liked it. Served with quinoa.
