Ingredients

Turkey fillet 300 g
Chicken liver 300 g
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Sweet and sour apple 1 PC.
Lori cheese 60 g
Ararat Cognac 5 stars 1 tsp
Cream 33% 50 ml
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Turmeric 1 tsp
Peppercorns, bay leaf taste
Chicken eggs 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Peel the onions and carrots, cut into plates.
  • Cut the turkey fillet into pieces.
  • Pour 1 tbsp into the bottom of the pressure cooker bowl. l. olive oil, put onions, carrots, turkey, chicken liver.
  • We put on the "Fry" program, the "vegetables" mode - 15 min with a regular lid.
  • Then add the peeled and chopped apple, put on the Meat program - 15 minutes under pressure.
  • Then, when the program is over, put everything in another container, cool, puree with a blender, add cream, grated Lori cheese, a teaspoon of brandy, raw eggs, spices, beat it again and put it in a silicone mold, set it on the wire rack, pour it into a bowl water and put on the "Steam cooking" program - 15 minutes with the valve closed.
  • After the end of the process, cool and let it ripen in the refrigerator for a day.
