What a particular mode, what is the name of the mode!
Leima
Oh, I called the topic wrong. My mode is "Sandwich". Rename the theme please. I didn't copy what I wanted to ask. I'm a little confused on the forum.

Well, can you describe the regime? What is the name of your x / stove? What are the cycles in time? How long does the program last?
What is written, recommended for this program in the instructions?
Can you describe all this in detail?
Leima
Binatone BM 1068. Duration 2.55 for 750 weight, and 3.00 for 900 g. But this is according to the instructions, and to be honest, she can lie. Process description - dough kneading, dough fermentation, baking. Obtaining bread with a light texture and a thin crust for making sandwiches.
It's all with instructions. The description is kind of tempting. But how will it be in practice? Can any recipe be cooked in this mode, or is it better not to put some on it?

This is a one-proof quick bread program. The program is risky for wheat bread, as it has one proofing of dough. It is possible that an increased amount of yeast is required - see recipes in the instructions and recommendations.

Try baking with wheat flour and see what happens, enough time to proof the dough and bake.

In my instructions, such a recipe for 750 grams is written. In general, I'm afraid to cook with instructions, since many write that they cannot be trusted.

You can and should trust the recipes, they are all the same and similar to each other with minor differences.
But you always need to remember about the balance of flour / liquid, bun - and the bread will always work out

And we carefully study the topics on the links here. Bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0

And which instruction to believe? Yours has 900 grams, and mine has 750 grams. The ingredients are the same. If you put on more, it will suddenly burn, and if you put on less, it may not bake, right?

Will not burn! Time differs slightly!

We left the topic of conversation. I gave you links to useful topics, but here in the section "Bread is the head of everything" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf you will find a lot of helpful material, useful tips for baking bread and answers to your questions.

Good luck!
