Lemon drink (multicooker Brand 37501)

Ingredients

Lemon 1 PC.
Sugar ~ 200 gr.
Purified water 1.5 liters
Multicooker Brand 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Lemon, preferably sweet and sour, without bitterness, wash thoroughly and cut into slices 1 cm thick. Put mv in a bowl, add sugar (the amount of sugar can be adjusted to your liking, it takes me about 180-200 grams). Pour in 1.5 liters of water. Cook on simmering mode for 40-60 minutes. It is also advisable to let it infuse, cool in mv, but not necessarily. Pour into a decanter and drink chilled.

Note

If the drink turned out to be very sweet or bitter because of the lemons, then I do not refrigerate it in the refrigerator, but simply add it to the ice carafe: both cooling and thinning to taste
