Turkey fricassee for CUCKOO 1054

Ingredients

Turkey breast fillet 700g.
Wheat flour 2st. l.
Mixture 1 st. l.
Salt taste
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 1 tooth
Large carrots 1 PC.
Green pepper 1 PC.
Frozen peas 2m. Art.
Natural yoghurt 125g.
Parsley 2st. l.
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Rinse the breasts, dry with a towel, rub with salt and Provencal herbs. Leave on for at least 30 minutes. I marinate in a vacuum container for 12 hours.
  • Peel onions and carrots, coarsely grate, chop the garlic. Fry in vegetable oil, stirring until soft. Oven mode 3 level, with the lid open. My default time is 1 hour. I interrupt the program forcibly, as needed. Put out of the pan.
  • Cut the meat into pieces, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil, hanging until the color changes. Oven mode 3 level, with the lid open.
  • Add to the meat overcooked carrot-onion, peas, pepper, cut into strips. Mix. Multipovar 110C mode 20 minutes.
  • After the signal, add yoghurt, chopped parsley and leave to heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve with rice. It is advisable not to salt the rice during cooking. First, this is how all the vitamins in rice are preserved. Secondly, with gravy - that's it !!! Recommend!!

Fricassee (fr. fricassée - "all sorts of things", from the verb fr. fricasser, "fry, stew") - white meat stew in white sauce. It is usually prepared from veal, chicken or rabbit meat. There is also a fricassee made from pigeon, lamb and pork. Boiled rice is often served as a side dish for fricasse.
For classic fricassee, the meat is cut into small pieces, lightly fried in butter, sprinkled with flour and stewed in meat or chicken broth. The resulting liquid is then mixed with cream and egg yolk and seasoned with pepper and lemon juice. Mushrooms, green peas, asparagus and capers are also added to fricasse.
