Flip pie with pear and nuts

Ingredients

3 pears
200 g nuts
200 g butter
150 ml milk
2 eggs
4 tbsp. l. flour
4 tbsp. l sugar
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt

Cooking method

  • Flip pie with pear and nutsPut 75 g butter, sugar, pears (diced) in a frying pan and carmelize (10-15 minutes). Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks, flour, baking powder and salt. Add softened butter, chopped nuts and milk. Mix everything and combine with whipped egg whites. Put the pears on the bottom of the mold and pour over the dough. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. at a temperature of 180 *. After baking, take out the dish and put a plate on top and turn everything over together. Remove the form and the pears will be on top, and the dough below. Bon Appetit!

Note

I saw this recipe on a TV program and decided to try it. I am very pleased with the result. : nyam: I took 2 large pears, instead of 3. I think the oil during carmelization can be reduced to 30-40 g. I took 100 g of hazelnuts and 100 g of walnuts.
