Ingredients

Flour 320 g
Sugar 130 g
Medium eggs 3 pcs
Yogurt (kefir is possible) 160 ml
Margarine 160 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Citric acid (optional) 0.25 tsp
Cranberry 150 g

Cooking method

  • Beat softened margarine with sugar. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Pour in kefir or yogurt. Add salt. Stir in flour gradually.
  • The dough is very thick: Mohair Cupcake
  • Add baking soda, baking powder and citric acid at the last stage, when the dough is almost ready, and the mold is ready for baking. This is done so that the loosening process occurs during baking, and not earlier. You don't need to put citric acid - in principle, kefir / yogurt acid is enough to quench soda. But with a lemon, fluffiness, in my opinion, increases significantly.
  • Add frozen cranberries at the very last moment. Stir well and place in a greased dish.
  • Bake in a multicooker (focus on the power of your unit, in my Dex it takes 45 minutes, in Liberton two cycles of 50 minutes each). Or in the oven at 180 * for about 50 minutes. It is advisable to monitor the readiness, because each oven is individual.

But I decided to give a damn about calories and instead of sour cranberries, stir in the dough ... oh, don't rugaysi heavily ... a bar of dark chocolate cut into pieces with 1 tsp. cocoa powder. Of course, I ruined your wonderful recipe with this, but the temptation to drink coffee with a chocolate muffin in the morning was simply irresistible. ... Haven't tasted it yet, but the smell while baking was overpowering. The husband and sons started to look in the kitchen for the smell. Like, what are you doing here ?. Now the muffins are cooling on the wire rack. I'll try tomorrow, then I'll take a picture of the cutter, if I forget.
