Pie with black currant and sesame seeds

Ingredients

170-180 gr margarine
330 gr flour
1 bag of baking powder (10g)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2/3 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 bag of vanilla sugar
200 gr 20% sour cream
300 gr currants
Faceted glass - 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Beat the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Add eggs one at a time, without stopping whisking, then sour cream. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and sesame seeds. Mix well. Carefully add the liquid mixture to dry with a spoon. Add washed and dried currant berries. Mix.
  • Lubricate rast. buttered bottom and sides of a saucepan shape.
  • Baking 65 minutes. I turned it over and another 10 minutes on the other side. Take it out, let it cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
  • PS Sesame is optional in the recipe. It's just that my family quietly ate nuts ...
