Curd dessert with caramelized bananas

Ingredients

cottage cheese (9% fat) 300 g
yogurt 2-3 tbsp
powdered sugar 2 tbsp
banana (medium) 1 PC
honey (maple syrup) 2 h l
sugar 2 h l
juice and zest of half a lime
fresh or frozen berries to taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat the cottage cheese with icing sugar and yoghurt into a fluffy mass.
  • 2. Put honey, sugar, juice and lime zest in a frying pan or deep-bottomed saucepan and heat until golden brown. For 1-1.5 minutes until the caramel is ready, add the bananas cut into circles.
  • 3. Add the prepared bananas to the curd. Drizzle with the remaining caramel and spread the berries. Serve immediately.

Note

A very quick and delicious dessert made from products that are always at hand. The sweetness of the curd mass can be adjusted to taste.
