Cooking method

  • There is probably no other nation that is as unanimous in its attachment to sweets as the Indians, and this Indian attachment to sweets is by no means new - it goes back to Vedic times. The ever-living art of preparing sumptuous sweet dishes, halva and desserts is passed down from generation to generation by temple chefs and professional pastry chefs, who are called halvais in India. Today, like many centuries ago, an Indian, treating a person with sweets, thus expresses his gratitude, sympathy, respect for him or joy, as well as satisfaction.
  • So let's get started! This burfi is done very simply, and the deliciousness is amazing! This recipe was brought to me by a friend on her return from India.

I can imagine how delicious these are! Thank you, Dasha.
So simple and fast, except that real Indian sweets are made from real ghee? And from the oil that we have in the market or in the store, I do not get tasty ghee.
Tyafa
To your health !!!!! Indeed, it is difficult to find a good oil now, it is especially noticeable when you start making this very ghee, but it still tastes good!

The girls, yesterday made their homemade Burfi on skim milk and with "Fitparad", put cashew nuts. The recipe is slightly different, but the principle is the same. Prepares quickly and easily. Mine really liked it, but, of course, the product is high in calories, the main thing is to stop in time.
