And with this, well, no matter how! In order not to throw out the dough, it was necessary to get it out of the oven, form a loaf, and bake in the oven. The bread was good, but dryish, and the crumb crumbles.
I also have rye flour from the same manufacturer, whole grain. Darnitsky pie on it, from Fugaska, 325g. wheat, 150g. rye, with the addition of malt, red, it turns out great, even with a timer!
I do not know what to do!?
I bought this flour 10kg. (tight in our village with whole grain flour.) Now stands idle.
