Poppy-coconut cake

Ingredients

150 g sl. oils
2/3 st. sahara
1 tbsp. coconut flakes (glass 240 ml)
1 tbsp. ground poppy
3 eggs
1 pack. van. sahara
1 tbsp. flour
1 sachet of baking powder
200 g 15% sour cream
Glaze:
The classic proportions are:
230 gr white chocolate
200 ml cream
But I didn't have cream, so I took thick village sour cream. Gram 100

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • 1. Melt the butter.
  • 2. Stir all the ingredients, pour into a 24-26 cm round dish.
  • 3. Put in preheated to 180 gr. spirit.
  • 4. Baking 65 min. (put the Firebird rug on the bottom of the saucepan)
  • 5. Allow to cool and cover with sweetness.
  • Glaze:
  • Cut the white chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath, add cream or sour cream. Beat. Pour over the cake immediately. Allow to completely solidify. Ideally, refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Terribly delicious. This cake can be layered with any cream, but since it is very sweet, I would recommend sour cream.

That is, instead of flour - 1 glass of starch + 1 tsp. baking powder.
I whipped the whites separately, like on a biscuit, but this is in vain, since the dough is wet and heavy, and they sat down almost immediately. And maybe not in vain, if it had not been whipped separately, it would have been even lower.
The height of my cake turned out to be 5 cm - it will not be enough ...
Conclusion - 1 hour. l. baking powder is too low for this recipe.
Next time I'll put in 10 grams of baking powder.
Baked for 60 + 20 minutes. Smeared with whipped sour cream, poured shock. glaze + "Snow Queen" sprinkle.
