I don't have recipes for cupcakes in the instructions, but I've already tried it several times - according to recipes from other ovens - and it doesn't work! Not baked, the flour sticks at the bottom. Maybe someone has a tried-and-true recipe for a Kenwood VM-250 cupcake?

I tried it several times, but the result is not so hot ... The temperature is clearly insufficient, and if you restart the baking, it becomes brick-like ... I will post a photo soon.

or maybe you just need to choose the right program, but what kind of bake you use ???
Niashka
Delicious cupcake from Celestina
Wheat flour 175g
Sugar 150g
Butter 40g
Egg 3 pcs.
Large apple (preferably sour) 1 pc.
Baking powder or baking soda 1.5 tsp.

1. Beat the melted butter, sugar and baking powder with a mixer.
2. Add eggs and whisk again
3. Gradually add flour to this mixture, mix well until smooth.
4. Cut the apple into thin slices and add them to the dough.
5. Stir everything gently with a spoon.
6. Put the prepared dough into a bucket.
7. Bake for 45 minutes, then leave in a bucket for 7 to 10 minutes.
8. Carefully remove the cupcake and cool on the rack.

And it turned out the first time .........

And today I made a cupcake according to the standard recipe from Kenwood "Caribbean bread for tea." Only instead of milk I put kefir. And I liked the result more.

I made cottage cheese a couple of times. baked normally and not brick-like at all :))

cake "dalmatian"

Eggs - 3 pcs.
sugar - 200 gr.
beat in a food processor (or stupidly with a whisk)
+ 100gr. curd
+ a pinch of salt
load in x / p

Cut the softened butter into cubes - 100 gr. (I got used to the fact that there is as much butter in the cupcakes as cottage cheese) - add to cotton) you could also beat it in the combine, you just need to knead something there, and it's easier to wash the combine from eggs without butter :))
+2 cracked little pieces of chocolate in the hands of little chocolate dead frosts (optional = dried apricots / raisins / nuts / etc ... yes ... from dried apricots the dough becomes wet - checked!)
Flour - 320 gr. - pour on top
+ 1h l. soda
+ 1h l. lemon. acid
+ a couple of Art. l. kefir (added already when kneading, so that the dough was like sour cream - unbeaten ...

in muffin mode, it first kneads it for about 20 minutes (it’s not clear why ???, then it bakes for 75 minutes ... it didn’t look enough - I put it on for another half hour of baking - so that the top turns brown ...

but not damp inside - it came out great :))
another time I added raisins and a spoonful of cognac straight into the dough, mixed everything in a food processor, put it only on baking ... the cake is baked for about 1.40-1.50 ... but baked ... unlike my oven :)
