Ingredients

wheat flour 400 g
sugar 60 gr (about 4 tbsp. L.)
salt 0.75 tsp
dry yeast 2 tsp
milk (water) 200 ml
butter (softened) 60 gr (about 4 tbsp. L.)
egg 1 PC
Filling:
cottage cheese 0.5KG
egg 2 pcs.
sugar 5 tbsp. l.
butter 3 tbsp. l.
vanillin taste

Cooking method

  • I put everything in a bucket of a bread machine. I set the "dough" mode. Then I leave it for an hour.
  • In total, I let the test stand for 2.5 hours.
  • At this time, I make the filling: I mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
  • When the dough is ready, I begin to roll it out.
  • I pinch off a piece of dough for decoration.
  • I roll the bulk into a circle. I transfer the layer to a baking sheet (covered with foil and greased with vegetable oil).
  • Smear the filling over the layer. Raise the edges and wrap them inward - we make a crust.
  • How I make twigs:
  • I form a piece of dough into a tube and put it on the table and flatten it a little on top. I take a knife and make cuts alternately with straws before reaching the middle on one and the other side. Then I lift it and transfer it to the filling.
