Ingredients

Squid 2 pcs
Onion 1 large onion
Ground black pepper
Ground coriander
Lemon juice
Soy sauce
Salt
Garlic 2-3 teeth
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.
Vegetable oil s Art. l
Wine vinegar 6% 1 tbsp. l
Balsamic vinegar (optional) 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Wash and peel the squid by removing the foil. Cut the squid into rings or as you like, sprinkle with black pepper, coriander, drizzle with lemon juice and soy sauce, leave for 15 minutes.
  • Put water to boil with salt and bay leaves.
  • Peel the onion, fry until transparent and golden brown in 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, add chopped garlic at the end of frying. Leave to "rise" over low heat.
  • Put squid in boiling water, boil literally 1 - 2 minutes after boiling water (the less the squid is cooked, the softer it is). Place the squid in a bowl.
  • Pour vinegar and balsamic (optional) into the onion on the fire, and quickly pour it all over the squid. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to cool.
  • During cooking, you need to contrive to make sure that by the time of connection, both the squid and the onion filling should be hot !!!!!

I love squids ... but lately, after a long break, for some reason I have them ... not the same as they were before. And in search of my problems, I found on the internet information that they should be cooked, dipping them into boiling water and quickly counting to 10, take them out. It was scary to eat "raw" squids, so I counted slowly, not fast. The result is stunningly tender and softest meat!

Ksyusha, this is delicious !!! Cook for a short time, I cook for a minute. Considering that this is a marinade, it can be done in advance. While they are cooling, they are marinated-infused, so hot, right after cooking, they are not so good!
