Before cooking, frozen shrimp are pre-thawed at room temperature in air or in water, then washed and dipped in salted boiling water (0.5 tablespoon of salt per 1 liter of water), allowed to boil and boiled for 12 minutes, counting from the moment the water boils. In boiled shrimp, the neck is separated and the shell is removed from it, they can also be eaten natural, like crayfish. Dried shrimps are first washed several times in warm water, then poured with hot salted water, brought to a boil and left in the same water to soften. The shelf life of shrimp in the refrigerator should not exceed 1-2 days.
