Ingredients

avocado 1 PC.
Apple 1 PC.
hard pear 1 PC.
fresh cucumber 1 PC.
lettuce Mix leaf 1-2 handfuls
small mozzarella cheese 3-4 tbsp. l. with a slide
green stalk of fresh garlic 10-12 cm long
walnuts 5-6 halves
lemon 1/2 pcs.
salt taste
vegetable oil taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the avocado into small cubes, put in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, stir so that the avocado does not lose its color brightness.
  • Cut the apple, pear, cucumber into small cubes, add to the avocado.
  • Cut the green fresh stalk of garlic into thin strips, knead the rings with your hands so that the delicate delicate smell of fresh garlic begins to stand out, add garlic to the salad.
