Salad Vitamin cocktail

Ingredients

lemon 100gr
Apple 100gr
fresh cabbage 100gr
boiled beets 100gr
carrot 100gr
raisins 100gr

Cooking method

Cut the lemon into thin slices right with the zest, medium slices of apples, the same slices and beets. Cut the cabbage and carrots into thin slices. The raisins must be pre-soaked. Mix all. Add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Very tasty and healthy salad in spring !!!

The salad was really tasty. The combination of fresh vegetables with boiled beets was puzzling, but it turned out to be harmonious.
I cut smaller. And for me the lemon turned out to be harsh. Next time I will not put it in slices, I will squeeze out the juice and sprinkle the zest on the salad.
