Fruit Salad Traffic Light

Ingredients

Grapefruit red half
Orange half
Kiwi 1
Honey 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cut the grapefruit and orange in half, across the slices. Clean the pulp with a SHARP knife. Use our hands to squeeze the rest of the juice. We clean and cut kiwi. Add 2 teaspoons of honey. Mix.

I first tried pomelo in Thailand about 7 years ago. Then he somehow bought it in Moscow - and oh, horror! "Heaven and Earth" is the most decent thing I can say. The imported one ended up in the trash can and I don't buy any more.
