Steam cottage cheese pan in a multicooker Bork U700

Ingredients

Cottage cheese (fat content to taste) 1 pack
Large egg 1 PC
Flour 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt taste
Dried apricots, raisins, prunes ... handful
Butter 1 tbsp

Cooking method

  • The recipe can hardly even be called a recipe
  • Rather technology:
  • 1.wash the dried fruits and soak for 5-10 minutes (my dried apricots are quite fleshy, I even managed without soaking), cut large ones smaller
  • 2. Mix all the ingredients to make a fairly thick dough. If the curd is runny, add flour
  • 3.Pour water into the bowl at the bottom mark, install the grate greased with butter (!)
  • 4. to mold cheesecakes and distribute on the wire rack, leaving a space between them "for growth"
  • 5.close the lid and cook on Steamer-2 15 minutes
  • DONE!

  • Serve with sour cream, delicious and healthy!

The dish is designed for

about 6 pieces

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Cooking program:

Steamer level 2

Note

I have cottage cheese lying around, only 1 pack, not enough for a casserole, and I also wanted something light and useful, so that without any crusts and excess fat
I chose the program on a whim and guessed it, the cheesecakes were baked, did not fall apart

Tanyush, yes, I have to
Mine do not eat cottage cheese differently, and all sorts of store jars are not cottage cheese, but nonsense with sugar and additives

A good idea for making diet cheese cakes.
Unfortunately, I ended up with flat cakes. What could have done wrong?

I tried your cheesecakes. For the first time, I probably added a lot of prunes, it turned out something very watery. The second time, I didn't add any prunes or raisins at all, it tasted exactly like my favorite lazy dumplings. Only they are somehow flat, not as lush as in your photo.
