Recipe: Charlotte with apples and walnuts (taken from the book of recipes for HP Binaton, therefore I do not claim authorship)
Glass = 240 ml. Apples and nuts, as written in the recipe, are measured in glasses without weighing. Flour when how.

Egg - 2 pieces
Milk - 1/5 cup
Oil - 2 tsp. (I put creamy)
Sugar - 1 glass
Grated apples - 2 cups
Walnuts - 2 cups (chopped)
Wheat flour - 3 cups (about 450 gr)
Soda - 1 tsp.
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Salt, grated nutmeg, ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp each.

Put everything in a bucket in this order. Mode: Cupcake
You may need a little help with mixing. Or maybe not. It will be necessary to follow.

Recipe for program 10 "Cupcake" "Butter Raisin Pie" I wouldn't use it.

The recipe contains yeast and a lot of baking - milk, butter, eggs.
The program includes two mixes - 5 and 15 minutes each, and baking for 70 minutes. This program is better for yeast-free baking - but this is my subjective opinion.
For simplicity, I took the ready-made dry mix "Keks", added 160 ml of warm milk and 100 g of softened butter. And I put program 10 "Cupcakes".

I don't think mine is the right one. This is a recipe from Soviet times, but the real one is worth looking for.

Or knead in HP, and bake in the oven.

Once again about the recipes from the book for program 10 - "Cupcake" is a pastry with raisins - it completely copies the "Butter cake" recipe for program 6 - "Sweet bread". Probably a mistake.
For comparison - from the book of recipes for Panasonic - the program "Keks" - on page 23 - there are two recipes for cupcakes - both with soda or baking powder.

I have HP Binaton 2169. I don’t understand in any way what kind of program it is Cack? baked several times a homemade cake without yeast according to the recipe from the attached book on the "sweet" program. The last 2 times the top was not baked. I had to bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes. What program do you use?

admeva, in Binaton 2169 for a yeast-free cake is not a fundamental program. You can go to "Sweet", or you can go to "Ultrafast". But since you do not have enough time (58 minutes for "Sweet"), then just after the signal, finish baking for "Baking" for 5-10-15 minutes, of course after checking with a splinter. I used to bake Charlotte on "Ultrafast" usually. And the last time, after a thorough promesh on the "Main" mode, turned off and turned on "Baking" for 1 hour. Everything, charlotte is ready. But remember that a large amount of liquid foods (fruits, berries) in the dough can cause non-baking!

Again, the middle was not baked 2 times. I did not understand how to cook the baking program (oven), i.e. how to skip all the previous steps. I just tried to click them and set the "oven" for 15 minutes. Although I'm not sure I did the right thing, because it was not possible to put the kneading stage in less than 3 minutes and the rest are the same.
How do you skip the steps and is it possible?

admeva, YOU are trying to bake a cupcake on mode # 11 - Home baker? What for? Do this on mode # 8 - Bake. There are no mixes. At # 11 - Home baker, the mixes cannot be missed.

130 g oil drain
50 g raisins

program 10 (cake), after 10 minutes add the first part of flour, after 15 minutes of kneading - 2 part of flour + raisins. Everything is baked. I baked it a couple of times, and for the first time I put sugar 130 g, in the second 100 g. According to the recipe, 150 g is required, but my husband does not like very sweet pastries, so I had to reduce it. I liked the cupcakes, but I thought they would be higher
