Pork chop with bone Jagermeister

Ingredients

pork (portions) 4 things
white wine vinegar 2 h l
liquor 4 tbsp
olive oil 2-3 tbsp
salt, freshly ground white pepper taste
ground chili (optional) on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat off the meat and put in the marinade from the above ingredients. Leave to marinate for at least two hours, you can leave it overnight.
  • 2. Fry in a well-heated skillet for about four minutes on each side, adding the juice formed during the marinating at the end of frying.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or as a separate dish.

Note

The meat is tender and spicy. The recipe contains a minimum of seasonings, since the taste and aroma of the meat are conveyed by the herbs and roots on which the liquor is infused.
