lana light, I have a three-liter Redmond-12 with a ceramic bowl, three years already. Yes, there is sticking when frying (now I don't fry the meat, if only slightly).
I make baked goods, practically, only in it: charlotte, different pies on soda. I grease the bowl with oil, usually vegetable oil, and sprinkle it with semolina. As a result, everything pops up perfectly.
I am planning to buy a new ceramic bowl (so that there are two for different dishes), Teflon bowls are not suitable for my cartoon.
In a five-liter car with a ceramic bowl, you can buy an additional Teflon one, you need to see which fit.

Maria_A, thanks for the information! I select MV for a girlfriend, we will think

Hello everyone! Has returned to you again for help in search of a new multi
My Marta MT-1988 stopped pressing the "Start" button (that day I had to make soup on a var. Surface). For repairs they requested from 1,500 rubles (despite the fact that I bought it for 2,400).
Needs: cooking soup (I still prefer to make broth on the stove), roast / goulash, stew with vegetables, pilaf, very rarely yoghurts / kefirs. We prefer to make cereals in pots in the oven, there is no need for such porridges, an omelet is more like it from the oven, the same fried potatoes are better for cooking. surface, it was interesting in the cartoon and the taste is good, but more convenient for var. surface, the more put induction.

What do you recommend? I saw tefali, phillips ... something stops me from buying them (yes, I'm looking for a classic multicooker, I don't want a multicooker-pressure cooker)
There is a place for a multicooker - 28 cm (maximum 30 cm)

I fired up to try Element1 and a simple tefalka 812832
Good evening, hostesses.
For the sake of interest, I first compared Tefal 812832 and Redmond 381. I cooked rice milk porridge at the same time in two slow cookers, with the same amount of ingredients. That's what I did.
Tefal. I put in a bowl 100 ml of a multi-glass of rice + 300 milk + 300 water. That is, one in six. I put it on for 50 minutes. on the porridge regimen. It boiled faster in tefal than in redmond. After 50 min. the porridge was boiled, but thick and viscous. I decided to add 100ml of water and put the porridge on the mode again. The porridge boiled strongly, it even began to burn. Apparently at the beginning of the program there is a higher temperature. Turned off the porridge mode. The children turned on the food, it was also actively seething, it was seething for about three minutes. But again it turned out thick. I also added 100 ml of water and put it on for 2 minutes to extinguish. Seething. Disconnected. The porridge, in principle, was cooked for a long time, but the liquid in the tefal turned out to be one to eight. If you cook for one hour from the beginning of the cycle on porridge, I think that it is necessary to add more liquids 1 to 8 because of the violent boiling. At the end of cooking, the boil is not as strong as at the beginning of the program.
And now about Redmond. I put the same amount of ingredients as in the tefal on milk porridge - in the multicooker mode. The proportion is one to six for 50 minutes. It did not boil for a long time, but stood and steamed by default at 97 °. Then I did 98 °, barely boiling. I set it to 99 ° and boiled it safely on until the end of the cycle. Cooked, but thick. She added 100 ml of water, stirred, set again at 99 ° for 10 minutes. Gurgles slowly. I compared both porridges with differences in consistency, density, boil-over, no boil-over. In Redmond, the proportion was 1 to 7. But the taste was different. Tefal is just porridge, and redmond tastes like rice. Previously, when I cooked in only one multicooker, there was no way to compare, it seemed that the porridge was just delicious.
I don't know what influenced the taste. Adding water? More water in the tefal? Vigorous boiling?
I was upset, I thought tefalka cooks tastier. I compared porridge only once, maybe next time it will turn out differently.
For me, Redmond proved to be one hundred percent. Daikin bowl, does not burn, 1 degree temperature control makes it possible to control boiling and cook porridge without any problems. Proportion 1: 7, time 50 minutes. Moreover, in pressure cooker mode with a closed valve, I cook in rice by default for 10 minutes, a ratio of 1: 6.
In tefala, I had to look for a program on which you can boil porridge diluted with water. When you try to turn on any program again, at the beginning of the mode the heating is stronger, the porridge "tried" to burn. For an ideal result, you need to immediately set the estimated time and observe the proportions.
My example: For 50 minutes 1: 6 thick porridge, 1: 7 medium thick, 1: 8 porridge of normal thickness, but not liquid.

Today I cooked milk porridge rice + millet in element 1. Proportion 1: 7. I put milk porridge on the regime three times for 25 minutes. The porridge turned out not thick, just the way I need it, but it took a long time to cook.

Fried potatoes in tefal 812832, redmond 381 - Daikin bowl from Redmond, Supra 7758 - Daikin bowl from ARC. She poured 50 ml of sunflower oil + 700 g of potatoes + 60 g of onions. Time set on the timer for 20 minutes. I put the potatoes in the heated bowls. It was fried under usual lids, and in tefal under its own. Every 5 minutes, turned over. The potatoes cooked in about 17-18 minutes. In tefal it is less fried, in the supra it is golden, in redmond it is a little bit hotter than in the supra. Everyone tastes great.
Conclusion: in tefal you can turn over after 6-7 minutes, in supra after 5 minutes, and in redmond after 4 minutes. This I gave an example of the degree of roastability for our taste and color.

It should be noted that this is only my opinion, my testing, my products and my multicooker. For other similar products, bowls, multicooker, I am not responsible and do not dispute the cooking algorithm.

When choosing a multicooker, most likely I would pay attention to the presence of a multi-cook or multi-chef. At least for frying (dry food) and in any other mode for cooking liquid food in 1 ° increments. Min and max cooking temperature. This way you can regulate the degree of frying and boiling even when analyzing electricity, especially in private houses. Cooking yoghurts, dough, sous vide, simmering, stewing, etc. This means you will be able to cook deliciously and without sticking, without running through the valve. In pressure cookers, in addition to the same multi-cooker, it is desirable to cook in the multicooker mode, that is, without pressure, and the presence of a choice of pressure, at least low and high. Before buying, download the instructions for the multicooker and study it carefully.
Be sure to find out if there is an add-on for it. bowls and with what coating. Whether or not there is a smell from the plastic of the device. Price, color, shape, size, volume of the bowl, name, convenience of the lid, valves, silicone seals, number of programs, ease of program selection, availability of accessories, multicooker or pressure cooker, cooking algorithm, drip tray, display location, etc. plan. This is just personal preference. All cartoons have pros and cons for each individual. Even two identical multi-standing side by side can work in different ways. Unfortunately, the ideal ones have not yet been invented. Having several different multicooker and pressure cookers, I came to the conclusion that the taste of the dishes is not much different, both in expensive ones and in budget ones. It all depends on food, proportions, temperature and time.

Good afternoon, I am also looking for advice in choosing between the DEX DMC-81 and PHILIPS HD4749 multicooker, I am interested in baking biscuits, curd casserole, milk porridge. There used to be PHILIPS HD3039 / 40, vanilla boiled water was wonderful, while for milk and just porridge I use Orsyusha MP5015, but I don't really like the baked goods in it.

Alenka578
I also read reviews / forums for almost a month. And I also stopped at ARC 6 l, a bowl with a metal-ceramic coating. The required minimum of programs, a pressure cooker. And the price is low, and you can take any spare part from them without any problems. The site arc-company, when he arrives, I will share my impressions
By the way, they also have a couple of sites (prices are higher there). And if you order in bulk, 4-5 pieces or something else for 12 thousand, then the price is generally ridiculous))

Good pressure cookers, I confirm. Only they don't have a multicooker function. Pay attention to this if you need such a function. If you have joint purchases in the city, order there a pressure cooker, additional silicone rings and silicone small pads. They buy on the wholesale site Look at the prices at least. Compare wholesale, retail, daily prices. See the stock section, they sell bowls for multicookers there. How many times I have bought, I have never found any flaws. Prices for bowls from 600 rubles. Therefore, immediately order a cartoon (choose a cartoon and wait for the price of the day) + 2 pairs of silicone seals (1 pair = large and small seal) + additional bowls (from the stock section) This is how you can buy cheaper.

We already have it. Yogurt, frying in three modes, it is possible with the lid open and something else in the multicooker mode is possible - in the description and recipes it is written

frying in three modes
Are you talking about the one with the cornflowers? Maybe I've already forgotten. Baking, frying yogurt and dough. It seems these are. It's just that if you cook in other modes with an open lid, then the temperature is high, and a violent boil comes out. Temperature reduction is not provided. Milk porridge is cooked under pressure. Basically, the temperature is approximately the same in the pressure cooker mode. Only time is regulated. In any case, she cooks excellently, easy to operate. In it, on heating, I cooked meat in a vacuum. (a la su vid) put it for the night, got it out in the morning and rejoiced. (the exact temperature is not important for us, as it should be for sous vide)
Alenka578
sarman, they have new models there, and a new design has appeared. And the functions were added. In some models, only yogurt, in some frying and yogurt.
Su vid also wanted to try, but somehow everything is ambiguous ... And there is a multicooker with temperature control, but I am of the opinion that the meat should be boiled or fried
sarman
The latest model with cornflowers ARC – QDL-414D (414-4L, 514-5L, 614-6L) is white and black. Nothing burned on my pastries, no biscuits, no meat, no vegetables. T e baking in all multicooker and pressure cooker implies long-term baking of any product. And if something burns, then next time make a substrate around the diameter of the bottom from a silicone mold or a baking mat.
Quote: Alenka578
but I am of the opinion that meat should be boiled or fried
After such a "sous vide" you can fry with spices and cover with sauce, it is very tasty, and most importantly soft in a special way. Meat can be dried, corned beef, etc., there is no heat treatment, but for some reason it is more expensive. But what about the kebab? B-B-Q? The same as milk-pasteurized, ultra-pasteurized and sterilized. The same different heat treatment, but no one thinks about it. Therefore, each type of meat has its own temperature and duration of heat treatment. And this is, ideally, a sous vid. The worst thing for me is chicken eggs, they introduced me to salmonellosis.

Girls! Hey. Yes, I ordered ARC – QDL-614D-6L - with a reinforced body. There are many functions: baking and frying, stew, yogurt. at the price of 4600+ silicone ring + small spare parts. There is free shipping, like me, for example. The set includes a book of recipes + ordered 1 more - more detailed and colorful book. There are different bowls, including steel ones. But they have already been sold out, they said they will. And yet, it's good that they immediately call you and answer all your questions. They called me 2 times, they were very polite, they tell me everything. Thanks to Irina from ARC!

choose a cartoon to your liking, which one looks good! I found mine.

It also happened like that. Only delivery is not free, but is included in the price of a multicooker))) but oh well, it's still cheaper than in stores. And if you take 3-4 things for a company, or plus some kind of grill or a waffle iron - each turns out to be a thousand cheaper ...
Did you pay right away? I still didn't understand, but they seem to have cash on delivery, they told me you can pay upon receipt ...
And the book is different, not as a set ??? I also saw her, but I decided that they were the same ... There are many recipes for these multicooker on the site They are also all tested, and posted on YouTube))
madames
And I like to look at recipe books - if, as in ARC, they are interesting and in the case of shopping mall, the memory is no longer ice. Well, I write from the forum - in the clamp and in a conspicuous place above the tabletop. To whom, as it is more convenient, so the bins of the necessary preparations are always at hand and in front of your eyes. Payment may be different, but because the company is reliable, I paid immediately.

I'll get the books, we'll see the difference.

Before the holidays, we have a Bosch cartoon MUc24B64, can anyone use it?
madames
I took a new cartoons from Bosch the year before last, did not like the controls. one disappointment. I don't remember exactly the name, with a window. Resting almost new in the garage, there is only an interesting 2-level steamer. It seems like this, that see. It did not suit me, but you may love it.

just called from ARC - to pick up and pick up the cartoon on Saturday at SDEK, as planned. Great! Good choice and friendship to all.

Girls, advise not an expensive cartoon of 5 liters. My sister's broke, she came to me, like, you know everything. And I was confused. We need simple functions: ordinary porridge, not dairy, pilaf, so that before the liquid evaporates, stewing. All are not expensive now with ceramics, these will not work. I bought a lumineshka for my niece last year and are not very happy, it burns out in it. I don’t know. My Polaris Kitchen is good, but she has no stewing, you have to dance with a tambourine. And he does not cook before evaporation, although 30 minutes. on rice or 35 minutes on buckwheat suits me perfectly. I am tormented. Help me please! If you look at it from a higher price, then you really want a good one. We do not consider expensive ones at all. And you don't need a pressure cooker.

Olga, about inexpensive - like Martha is praised. Although I looked at Internet shops, there were few of them, or there were none at all. Ashan had the largest selection.
They also talk a lot about Polaris now, but there are no bowls ...

There are bowls of different coverings, decide what you want and order.
Personally, I would take DEX only because of the nonstick bowl. I don't trust ceramics.

Phillips 4947 or Dex 81
Download the instruction. Better a chef or a similar chef function. Look at the temperature step. Less is better. 10 ° is a big step, it will be difficult to cook with it. Look at the options at what temperature the dish is cooked, how you can adjust the temperature. I briefly looked at the dex, it seems there is a 5 ° temperature step. In Phillips, it seemed that 10 ° If there are such settings, then your porridge will not run away anywhere, and the baked goods will not burn. In automatic mode, without adjustment, it always runs or lights up.

Alena, Panasonic perfectly cook porridge without settings. I have a second cartoon Vitek with the Porridge and Milk Porridge modes, where only the time changes, cooks perfect cereals, I don't even turn on the multi-cook for these modes. A multi-cook is good, but the cartoon works without it.

I just got used to it in the old Phillips 3039, my pastries were excellent without any adjustments, of course there were questions with milk. So I wanted in the new model without any frills. There is a chef in Dex, and in Phillips there is a time and temperature adjustment, although step is really 10. And judging by the reviews, both have problems with the bowls, that is, how lucky. So I slowed down.

By the way, the price for it was ridiculous 2300 rubles per day?

Which program did I mean?
Svetta
Alyona, it all depends on the tasks performed by the cartoon. I would be the last to look at the multi-cook, since I rarely use it. I am satisfied with the tuned modes in cartoons. In Jamie Oliver's multicooker, I have only 6 set temperatures and a time selection of up to 1.5 hours, and no modes - I use it, everything works out.
But you always need to purchase an additional bowl. Sometimes even non-native, just to fit in geometry.

I would even put it differently - Multi-cook is a crutch for those multi-cookers whose programs work disgustingly and need manual adjustment.)) The thing is sometimes useful (Shteba is very much respected for her degree settings in a wide range of temperatures / times), but for narrow tasks. So I would have had to press the buttons on it until the buttons turned blue, if there was a normal mode of Ryazhenka or Yogurt and it was enough to press only one with an impeccable result?

I would be the last to look at multi-cook
I will not argue, but for me this is an important criterion. For example above discussed tefal with a window. I rushed, bought a super pot. As a result, the condensate flows under the bowl, then in the soup, so it cooks that steam comes out of all the cracks. Now I cook everything on porridge. There, the choice of automatic 90 ° programs languishes and does not boil, cooks in 100 ° soup, but you can cook food on 100 ° porridge. Of all the proposed programs, one only came up to cook, and not languish all night. Here is a 10 ° step and an automatic program. I cooked homemade chicken there for 4 hours and did not boil it.
Bijou
Quote: sarman
on soup 100 ° cooks, but on porridge 100 ° you can cook food.
Super ... Which is lighter, a kilogram of fluff or a kilogram of nails? Where is 100 degrees hotter, on Kas or Soup?

* write down: Tefali go around the seventh road.
Lerele
sarman, yes, almost everything is like that, I do not get numb only under the bowl, but about step 10 * I wrote in the subject at once and about soup too.
But baby food cooks soup well
And I like the pot, I am still just delighted with it.
But again I would not buy a cartoon, not because of the programs, but because of the temperature step.
kirch
Tell me how you deal with the foam when cooking meat soup. I have an old big Panasonic, but I never cooked the first in it. I cook broth in Shtebe and then in a saucepan on the stove. And then I wanted a simple slow cooker of something to look into when cooking. I bought it. I put the pickle to cook, looked, and there, of course, the foam, I had to remove it. That is, it did not work out - I laid it and forgot it.
sarman
Quote: Bijou

on soup hotter than 100 °. Therefore, I cook in porridge. Children did not even include food. I cook everything in porridge.

So I'm talking about the temperature step. There would be a 5 ° step in tefale - there would be no price for it. ABOUT! There are Tefal pressure cookers with this pot. The girls ran after them.
kirch, I cook broth (beef, pork) in a pressure cooker, where the foam always collects on the walls. I open and assemble with a silicone ladle. If chicken, then put everything together in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Where is my foam? I don’t know, I didn’t even think about it, maybe I don’t see it.
Alenka578
kirch, I usually cook the meat (1.5-2-3 hours), and then I just filter the broth. Often I fry directly in a slow cooker, then fill it with strained broth, for one meat you can immediately cut into pieces. I do not remove the foam))
Bijou
Quote: Alenka578
I don't take off the foam
I generally try. But it turns out badly. Plus, all the spices strive to climb into a spoon, and they will still come in handy.)) On someone's advice, she made her life a lot easier - if she missed the foam, then there is no need to filter the broth, staining other dishes. You can just sand the inside of the broth with a small deep strainer!

That is, the broth is cooked, I take a strainer from the Ribbon (such a straight deep-triangular) and ... with several circular movements I catch all the contents onto a plate. Lokhmushki froth, boiled spices, meat ... There remains a pure broth, where I cook the soup, I sort out the meat that has cooled down in the meantime into edible pieces and toss them at the very end, in front of the herbs. Has boiled, eat served, sit down to eat, please.)))
kirch
I understood everything from the foam. So I will continue to cook the broth in the pressure cooker. And I cook chicken broth only in a saucepan over a slow boil so that the broth is transparent.

For me, it is critically important to turn off the auto-heating in advance. Here in my mother's cartoon you can't. Didn't pull out yoghurt on signal - yoghurt was cooked. I adore a multi-cook - I often do it, I want it in degrees. Interested in ARC. Girls, please tell me if the auto-heating and the multi-cook step are turned off. I have already had three years of polaris-bowl byaka, bought from Redmond, also peels off. Jellied meat, yoghurt, sous vid in polaris - like it. Porridge is disgusting - rice separately, milk separately, I like mucous membranes - soft cereals in jelly. Never fry and fry: fry one onion for 15 minutes - I begin to beat with a hoof - glory to the gas stove. But I liked deep-frying on a multi-cooker: no smoke, no splashes, it is good to put out the crawl. The soups in it are tasteless, like overcooked - sweet potatoes with round edges and the smell of hospital food. No baked goods either. I want a new cartoon

Bijou, Redmond - I don't remember the name of the model, I bought it about 4 years ago - it was heaped up for those years !!!! Exactly from 38 to 70. Right now, with Polaris, I’m fighting my own pressure cooker, two whole chickens on the pilaf mode without water to cook, turned on the stewing for 3 hours. I read the forum, I decided that I was flawed. Everyone has several cartoons, but I have one, and I rarely turn it on. Sometimes once a month, yogurt, ham. I do deep frying once a year. Cutlets and cabbage soup in the oven, pilaf in a cauldron, meat in a gravicap (grill pan - gas). Porridge in a milk cooker, compote on the stove. Maybe I have a bad cartoon? Or am I a hooper? And now we have moved to a new house, but there is no gas yet, the oven will not be long for the cartoon. Stuffed cabbage rolls under pressure on the pilaf program with sour cream Zykin came out, but there was no porridge.

Ay, never mind. Well, I have several, and what? Anyway, I cook most often on the stove.
But the fact that there are several cartoons has some advantage - each of them cooks something tastier than the others. So we live, assigning an individual menu for each. Big Panas - baked goods, baked milk, stewing, boiled pork, stew, meat, for stew ... Shteba - all degrees programs, canning in pressure jars, steamed vegetables, baked goods (I run chocolate on boiling water with Panas in half), stuffed peppers, cabbage rolls, compotes minute ... The people respect jellied meat from Shteba, but I never got it ... Small Panasik - again, baked milk in small doses, all side dishes, milk porridge, boiled beans. Sinba is old - fried chicken tastes better, more tender and more elegant anywhere I can not get. All other programs are slightly hotter than Panas, but my daughters like them (because they are sensory), they refuse to return it to me. Cousin ... a difficult comrade. While unambiguously fried potatoes in large pieces and cabbage, we'll see further.))

Tell me to leave only one - I don't know what to say ... I'll leave Steba. Then I'll buy more on Avito Panas.
